MEET THE COACH
Coach Lynch has been involved with baseball for over 30 years. During his active playing career, he played with the Volunteer State Community College NJCAA, Tennessee Wesleyan NAIA, and Guelph Royals IBL (Intercounty Baseball League Canada). From his impressive career actively playing with various teams, he took his knowledge and developed a system for younger athletes to improve. During his coaching career, Joel has owned and operated Frozen Ropes, Inc., been an assistant coach for the Volunteer State Community College, and now owns his own instructing business, JRL3.
JRL3 has been so successful that he has now introduced Hit Lab by JRL3 in hopes of reaching even more student-athletes for proper training. Hit Lab focuses on providing direct instruction through video analysis.
